The Range Forum is in its fourth year
of providing a way to meet people in
grassland management and to find out what others are doing. Keeping up with the
latest research and knowing what others are doing is
invaluable both to building individual careers and for fostering understanding.
Rangeland management is a dynamic concept that is constantly changing. It
impacts everyone in North Dakota including ranchers, energy developers, renewable
resource developers, and those that simply want to enjoy our grasslands. This Forum
is for anyone interested in the wise use and management of one of North Dakota's
most valuable resources - its grasslands.
This forum
supplements the Society for Range Management
chapter meetings and allow
s us to continue discussions
on more topics and with a more diverse group of people throughout the
year. We hope that this will provide a sounding board for ideas and issues.
This forum provides a neutral place for people to meet and talk. Agency
affiliation and programs should not get in the way of straight forward
discussion of science. Come and bring a brown bag lunch. Get your
questions answered and meet people. See you there.
You can contact us at RangeForum@gmail.com
